Nutrition plans are always individual as every person is different and requires a plan tailored to their specific needs.

A one to one consultation with Ann will involve completing a detailed questionnaire, to get a thorough understanding of your current state of health, eating and drinking habits, sleep, stress, hormonal fluctuations and other areas, to get a complete picture. From this a plan will be drawn up and discussed. After the first session a follow up session will be arranged and weekly updates and tweaks to the plan will be made. The goal is to create a way of eating that makes you feel amazing and does not make you feel that you are on a “diet”.
