I thought it might be a good time to reintroduce myself, as it seems many people aren't entirely sure what I do!
Am I a yoga teacher? A personal trainer? A nutritionist? A golf fitness instructor? Or perhaps a sports therapist? The truth is, I’m all of these things — and that’s where it sometimes gets tricky to define my "job title." Over the years, I’ve come to describe myself as a **Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Coach**.
It’s not just about wearing multiple hats; it’s about how all these elements come together to create a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. When I first started out, I was very much focused on being a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist — two very distinct roles. But as I’ve evolved over the past 20 years in this industry, so has my understanding of what people truly need to thrive. Everything has merged into one, and how I work with someone depends entirely on their individual needs.
You see, our health isn’t something that can be neatly compartmentalised. Fitness, nutrition, mental wellbeing, sleep, and even the way we move in our daily lives — they all overlap and influence each other. This is why I take an integrated approach with my clients. Health is so much more than just eating well, and fitness is about far more than how heavy you can lift or how far you can run. It’s about creating a sustainable, balanced lifestyle that works for you, your body, and your goals.
As we head into the New Year, it’s the perfect time to take a step back and assess your overall health, fitness, and lifestyle. What’s working well for you? What habits could do with a bit of tweaking? And what might you need to let go of entirely? This reflective process is key to ensuring you’re not just living but thriving — staying **Fit to Love Your Life**.
If you feel like you need some guidance or accountability with this, I’d love to help. In the New Year, I’ll be launching an exciting new program designed to support you in creating lasting change, no matter where you live. If you’re not already on my mailing list, make sure you sign up — my subscribers will get all the details first!
Let’s make this year the one where you truly prioritise your health, your fitness, and your life. Together, we can create a lifestyle that you love, one step at a time.
